n the men’s category, the US American James Lichtenstein secured the first victory of his career and extended his lead in the overall standings. In difficult wind conditions, he showed strong nerves in the final and was able to overtake Aidan Heslop (GBR), who was leading after the 3rd round, with a world-class jump. Heslop was narrowly beaten and secured 2nd place. Still in 6th place before the final, the reigning World Series champion Constantin Popovici (ROU) displayed determination and started a comeback after a strong jump (armstand back 3 ½ sommersaults 3 twists pike), which he earned him 3rd place.
In the women´s category, the reigning World Series Champion, Rhiannan Iffland (AUS) won the fifth Stop of the season with a dominant performance (337.30 points) and extended the lead in the overall standings. With a great dive in the final, she still overtook the Canadian Molly Carlson, who could secure the 2nd place. The Italian wildcard entry Elisa Cosetti celebrated her first-ever podium finish, sensationally taking 3rd place.
